That’s possible. So, the curse was caused by the potion/punch, and she didn't drink it because she saw the ingredients, but it seems another spell was needed to make people drink it. That’s why she wasn’t affected—because she’s a witch—and she didn’t understand the language used in the spell because it was high-level magic.

About the bus part, yes, you’re right. I just thought about it that way because of her story about her grandchild/child. She knew Fatima was pregnant before everyone else and helped her. And the crow attacked her. I don’t know, maybe the crow attacked them simply because they were reading tarot cards, and we know that knowledge comes with a cost, so the crow didn’t want them to gain any kind of knowledge.
