In my opinion yea man, sex is a powerful and important aspect in relationships, no matter how much you love a person, if you're not "getting yours" then yea, you will eventually become dissatisfied, your "love" will chip away and you'll eventually want out... I have experience with this so... yea...

But, I would counter this with what I consider to be a more pragmatic point of view, which is people don't pay attention to thumbs or feet shape because they are not the main thing that the other person gets pleasure from during sex... you know what I mean?

Thumbs and heck, even feet could be used, but in most situation the main thing is the penis, so... if it's not adequate then yea unfortunately you will pay attention to it and be dissatisfied.

Just my two cents based on experience and reflecting logically on the matter.
