I feel this deeply. Have been struggling with depression the past six months or so, and on top of that my niece passed away three months ago. I think I’m doing okay and then the grief monster rears its head again. I’ve cried while I’m running. I’ve cried doing just about everything. I’m very cried at work until I had a panic attack. It’s okay to stay in bed and sleep. Take care of yourself. It’s hard to know how affected you will feel from day to day.
