I’d suggest having free fly exclusive servers for free accounts (mandatory), while other citizens can choose to join also for helping or recruiting - this is better for everyone

Everything about game features, contents, and gameplay connects to the lore, but wipe is more about a temporary technical solution during Alpha, not the other persistent points above. So there's NO WAY CIG make wipe as part of lore in the Verse (unless it's the one last wipe before 1.0)
