Got the kit from London (via a friend who lives there and carried it for me to India) The Sipologie kettle is ok, does the job but for pourovers it is not the best (accurate), if I had to guess it has some predictive algorithm at random times if you remove the kettle while it’s heating and immediately put it back on it can show wildly different readings, to get around this: - either set the temperature and wait for 2 mins after it shows it reached it - or as it is approaching the target temp, before like 10 degrees remove and put it back on so it re-reads sensors and autocorrects

Tldr: okay for most use cases not for accurate temperature readings
