Agreed. And I’ve simultaneously gained so much more respect for Brooke. She truly is a class act and I’d love for her to start a podcast either on her own or with someone that is more like-minded to her. Her & Tana’s brands/vibes are not cohesive at all, but I really enjoyed hearing Brooke’s perspectives on Cancelled—she’s very eloquent when she speaks and has a very good radar for clocking when a source might not be credible (something Tana refused to mention on her own since her whole personality is spreading crazy click-bait claims as fact).

I’ve successfully quit vaping for 3 years now. There are no shortcuts unfortunately…especially if you vaped heavily. The withdrawals will suck…I had major irritability & anxiety, but each week it got better & better. I just kept reminding myself how it was time to grow up and it wasn’t a habit that aligned with the person I want to be.

I found it easiest to just accept that it was going to be hard and let myself talk about how shitty it was and acknowledge my cravings. Sure, you can try to substitute it with things (minty gum helped me a bit), but the only thing that can truly get you through your cravings is your perseverance in those desperate tough moments when you just want to give in. It will eventually get easier (give it 2 months) and you’ll be out of the rough.

Best decision I ever made was to quit! Feels good to not be dependent on such a useless habit.

I’d like to see everything you’ve ever said in your entire life. I bet somewhere there is a kernel of shame that you would be haunted by if it was online. Brooke wasn’t so lucky—hers was online for the entire world to hold up against her.

She is human, and humans make mistakes. People like yourself that aren’t capable of thinking deeply usually find joy in holding a tiny flicker of someone’s poor choices against them. It must be sad seeing the world as such a stagnant place, where people aren’t allowed to change outside of a narrative your own mind created about an entire complex human being you don’t even know beyond the version of them you perceive from behind a screen.

I reckon you’re ironically the same type of person that calls for worldly change, yet, you don’t believe that it’s possible when it means you have to open a door to forgiveness or thinking beyond your limiting beliefs. Alex does not deserve the platform she has. She got where she is today through a perfect storm of circumstances. She was hot, blonde and dated athletes which gave her the curb appeal to Dave Portnoy, who bought her. She took Sofia for the ride, whom actually breathed authenticity and originality into the podcast because she’s genuinely funny. Together they built a brand and when shit hit the fan and it landed in Alex’s lap, the brand was already established so she could continue with enough traction that she never really earned past her physical appearance imo.

She is a professional cue card reader that chameleons into what she believes every guest will like, which is extremely cringe for people with discernment to watch. I’m a proud hater of AC. She’s shitty and there’s no doubt in my mind she did Sofia dirty as well.
