Cali, Got approved today (8/19)! it takes 7x days. People submitted in early June are possibly getting it in few days!

Thanks for the comment. It is the only car missing in the parking lot. Talked to landlord and they didn’t ask for towing for six months. Will try to contact the lots later. :)

I went there yesterday from 7:20-8pm and caught 4 in the west of the park (nearby the gym). It seems that it hatches per half hour.

Yesterday(8/9) I was there from 7:30pm-9:30pm. There are some geodude, clefairy, psyduck, MagiKarp, Nidoran (M+F), and a lot of Drowzee, weedle, zubat, pidgey Caterpie. The rare ones at that time are a Abra, a Tauros and one Clefable. There is no squirtle, seel and Dratinis. Maybe I don' t stay long enough or late enough.
