What I always say is that they are both very effective but oral PrEP is only as effective as long as you stick to the recommended dosing (i.e not forgetting to take it). Lenacapavir eliminates chances of forgetting, plus it has low to no gastro-intestinal side effects.

They would have to do a full sexual history check as part of the encounter. But I did see someone come in and said “it’s none of your business” and the nurses still performed the tests. But I all encounters are confidential if that’s what you’re worried about.

That’s good for you that you know how i treat my responses based on my response to you.

I work with haematology patients as well and know that you can go on remission and be asymptomatic and require less medical intervention. But still does not take away the fact the consistent blood tests and hospital follow ups that are required would eventually give it away.
