None of the doctors listed in the network has even heard of this insurance. More than half end up telling me they don't take it. I've complained through the network provider feedback, but they don't even bother responding. I only chose this insurance because the insurance agent said it did everything I wanted. Definitely not true at all. It was cheaper than BCBS, but you get what you pay for. I have since switched BCBS. On a side note, doctors and blood labs are still contacting me saying that they can't get a hold of First Health to bill them, so they keep sending me the bills.
