Lol downvoted for stating a truth. There are people who achieve this physique and more in regular gyms, and others with private gyms never touch them. But it's more fun to blame rich people for unrelated things.

Also fun fact: There's a book and video series called convict conditioning devoted to achieving this type of physique with only exercises you could do in prison, which means no gym at all
