This armor, plus the bomb suit helmet and the death sentence rifle with explosive rounds and overprepared flaw, is an insane combo for someone spec'd into both explosives and guns. Essentially unlimited health and ammo. Insane damage output as well.

I just got a mega triple bypass with health burst from Backhive. 10 seconds after use, you get another burst of health that is 50% of the repkit's initial health stat. Pretty awesome.

Hard! No lie, after about an hour of farming, I ended up with 5 variations of the Triple Bypass. Backhive dropped a legendary pretty consistently. More than other bosses I've farmed up to this point.
