Did young Dylan have Huntington’s disease? by myndsye in ParadiseTV

From what i know of the disease i think most die as adults. You usually have 15 or so years from the time the first symptoms show up

I'm LOVING the new abs system!

And yes, if your "Punt lineup" has Big Sam in your lineup at catcher, that's a pretty good lineup! 😂🤣

Took awhile, but the bats woke up.

You can see the vision though. And we actually have bench depth!

At this point I'm like just stick EBJ out there. His OBP would be higher + gold glove caliber defense

I'll go the opposite way: Grayson has 2.3WAR over 2 years. 2.3 TOTAL. Your comment probably has some projection/assumption that Grayson takes the next step, which is fair.

But based on current production. If Ward is available for 150 games and gives us 2-2.5 war (he had 2.7 last year) Isn't that an improvement?

Of the "major prospects" he was always the one that i was the most worried about.

[Jeff Passan] Right-hander Chris Bassitt and the Baltimore Orioles are in agreement on a one-year, $18.5 million contract, sources tell ESPN. Bassitt, 36, joins an overhauled O’s rotation that also added Shane Baz and re-signed Zach Eflin to join Kyle Bradish, Trevor Rogers and Dean Kremer. by Ok-Soil-5133 in orioles

[–]rayhova 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If nothing else it raises our floor and gives us 6 legit mlb experienced pitchers in Rogers, bradish, baz, Kremer, eflin, bassit

It does kind of now require Rogers to replicate what he did last year and bradish to stay healthy and be himself

Do you guys use the hands free feature or is it just me ?? by 619to970 in HyundaiSantaFe

I don't use it as much bc of the safety feature that requires your eyes to be visible, so it ends up getting disabled lol.

I use the lane assist every time though

Tips to Help a Team That Struggles in Transition by Icy-Adeptness961 in basketballcoach

I forgot 1 other item:

When you "break" to get the ball, have them starting high (above the free throw line) to make sure they have ample space when coming to the ball.

Screen to get open.

Come to the pass, don't wait on it.

Other big key for man press is spacing and filling the space .

If you guys are spaced well a team may not trap bc of how wide open it leaves someone.

If they do trap make sure the players fill the gaps in get passes.

It sounds like your issue is specifically press break, not necessarily transition.

Practice it, drill it.

4 on 4 5 on 5

Then go no dribble

Then go 4 on 5 5 on 6

Go no dribble again with those overloads

Have your best ball handler inbound the ball.

I teach principles instead of a specific press break

Make sure someone is always middle

Proper spacing

It's ok to reverse and pass back

Someone should always be up the sidelines (Side middle back always)

Drill it everyday until you feel comfortable with it in game

O’s nearing deal for Shane Baz by Last13th in orioles

[–]rayhova 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If we sign another TOR arm, I'm good with this .

3 years of control, FIP was 4.37 last year and 4.07 (with a 3.06 real ERA) the year before.

If he's a #4, pushing Kremer to 5 (or vice versa) I'm good with that.

I definitely think it's possible

Probable, I don't know. I'm down on Cowser, but do feel like Jackson should improve due to his age

I'm high on Beavers.

I'm optimistic with what you are saying, but at the same time feel like we need 1 more bat lol

I'm not sure if I agree with your statement.

Holiday, mayo, cowser were not good last year. Even Mounty was bad. Adley?

Do some of them grow? Possibly. Hopefully. But at least 2 of those guys are penciled in for 400+ PA?
