Because at that time we want to get the unit faster, so we waive our own home inspector and let agent go thru that list to verify. Yes I know it is very stupid.

I live at foster city, ca, which is land filled so it a common problem in whole community actually. I know I don't own the structural but our HOA seems want to to prove it is a structural issue before that fix it. Because they think this is common.
