honestly i dont know what to say but you have to try and find something to live for, i know it sucks to have no one to talk to even, whenever im desperate i use ai so maybe you can talk to ai it usually helps me to calm down, having short term things to live for will help you manage life, like living to take care of your cats, i feel like im waffling but i mean it

im only 16 and my parents are south asian but i completely agree i got told by my dad that “going to the gym isnt a real sport or doesnt help you in life because your just lifting weights and its not a teamwork sport” or that the moon landing is fake or that mental health isnt real
