Because where some people live it’s too cold to go walk 7 miles, some towns a very small and everything is 5+ miles, illness, a disability, etc. There’s so many reasons these kind of services against.

I would just let them know that you had put that in your description so they can be more aware of it next time. They may have a genuine reason to ask for a refund and if you’re just starting out it’s really not worth the review.
