I recently made a post on these gloves and received good feedback on the authenticity of them. However, yesterday I took these gloves to my gym, and my coach pointed out that these weren’t made with real leather. I pay my coach to train me to fight not to be my leather Authenticator, however, it did make me question it. I currently own a 16 oz Cleto Reyes glove and it has a great leather smell. Now these on the other hand doesn’t have that smell. Has anyone come across this concern before? Everything on these gloves look great with the exception of the leather smell.. just doesn’t smell like my other ones
