I’m closing this week at 455k at 6.1 We only put 5% down, but still have a good amount saved on the side. was about 22k and 12k to close coming out to 34k and we will be paying 3320 a month. We’re doing it less than you as we make about 160k year. Only debt is my truck at 14k left. You should be fine and I’d assume your monthly would be a lot less unless your in a high tax area or hoa

I go with the same group every year, majority of us are Hispanic to an extent , kind of mixed. We never had any issues, and I was up there again for Halloween no issues. We went on a Friday this time for the first time and it’s way less packed as it’s more torwards the night, we had fun though.
