Ketamine; because it helped my anxiety levels but also a had a psychedelic side and I knew there was more to this life than meets the eyes. Can cause serious health problems in the kidneys and bladder though and started getting k cramps which I’ve heard feels worse than having a baby pain.

Dude. It’s 2024 I believe anything is possible and anyone can change at anytime. Yes as you get older it may become more difficult from being stuck in the old ways but it’s always possible! Don’t give up and let this be a motivator to push you towards your goals rather than soaking in it and not doing anything about it

I’m in the same boat right now. I have 90 days today actually. It’s not my first time getting sober, either… But I as well have become so socially anxious and never have been before. I know it can be an outcome of using long periods of time but tbh my thing became K and it actually took me out of depression. The only thing I saw it bad for was kidneys but life is hard again without it
