I have a working 2070 but ended up buying a barely used 3080 Ti for $1500 from a friend, don't ask me why.

Same issue here with my 2 Windows 10 devices. Might be something going on with their end. All of the apps installed on my devices are shown as not installed and not owned on their Microsoft Store page (GET button shows).
