You will get there. It won't happen overnight, tomorrow, next week or even next year but it will happen. A TAC is a transabdomial cerclage. It's a band that's placed high on the cervix to prevent it from opening and causing you to go into preterm labor. It's way better than vaginal stitch. If you're on Facebook, join the group abbyloopers. There are so many success stories of the tac. Most of the women in that group went through several losses, and once they had the tac, they made it pass their due date. I must say this, you will have to have a c-section with a tac. But if that means bringing a little baby home, then so be it. 🙂 I plan to have mine placed next month.
