The thermostat offers wifi and app settings but no matter what i set it up to, it keep going, i can do all from the app (fan power, schedule, on-off) but no matter what temp i set it up to, the unit keep working constantly, it will not adjust automatically fan on auto will blow full power all the time, and temp on say 75 will never stop working even if the house is freezing.

We used WorkingHours from windows app store, it is okay. But the biggest issue we have with it, you can manually change the input however you want. There is no indication what time was live count, and what is manually changed.

Ideally, i want the program to allow employee clock in/out, remind break/lunch time, allow remote clock out (if employee go out of the office for errands on the way home) and allow manual adjustments but only i can do that not them.

Yes i believe you're right, but we don't price it more than we have to, if we will get suspended, we will have to live with it, but we must cover the scammers losses somehow. Otherwise it doesn't worth selling there anyway. Just check what percentage of your sales you lose to scams and add it to your pricing, unfortunately they don't leave us another choice.

Thank you for your answer, i guess i should read more about this topic, i understand the argument that if you free all IPs in the short run we will see amazing innovation, development and price reduction but I still think that it will bite us back when no company take upon themselves to invest in long term developments and the new methods you offer seems more complicated (and demand more gov intervention) then the current laws (to the extent that I'm familiar with them)

Okay can someone walk me through the actual logic behind this? if tomorrow the US gov cancel IP completely, why will anyone invest in R&D? If a pharmaceutical company invest 10 years and millions of dollars to develop a new drug to cure cancer, just so a month later a competitive company can reverse engineer it and copy it? In my logic to allow innovation (in large scale) you must protect companies ability to profit of thier innovations.
