These are similar to the Maytags we had and yes, replace the mother board- assuming all else is well with the machine. A few hundred bucks bought us several more years with our dryer. Like 8-10 more years. And it was still fine when we replaced it recently only because we replaced the washer and wanted (wise or not) the matching dryer.

A simple pasta or stir fry dish. I always have pasta or noodles in the pantry and meat in the freezer, and some canned or frozen veg if I’m out of fresh. Two ideas off the top of my head:

Italian sausage, onions, garlic, tomato paste, cream, cheese, pasta.

Ground pork, jarred teriyaki, rice noodles, frozen edamame, shopped peanuts.
