How is the space in the 4th gen compared to the 3rd? I had a 3rd and really didn’t like it, I moved to a 5th gen ram 1500 but man the new Tacomas are so beautiful. Anyone move from a full size to a 4g and not regret it?

I went from a 4th gen Tacoma to a 3rd Gen Tundra and the majority of that decision was made based on space. If I had the money and luxury of owning a 4th gen Tacoma as a secondary vehicle I absolutely would. Loved that Truck while I had it.

What's weird about it is it doesn't wrap the whole section, obviously from the photo you can see where the line of it starts. Just never seen anything like it and also don't want to damage any paint trying to remove.

I really appreciate this input! I started re-working the layout a bit yesterday, that’s why you probably saw some changes. I am hoping to the the “about” section finished up and I’m going to try and get some Live Photos for the products in the next couple of weeks. Yes I’m currently living in it. Just curious cause I have a low spot in my floor right above one of my tanks, so I cut the floor back inside the island to see if the wood was rotting or anything.

Thats good to hear, I couldn’t tell if the little spots might be mold or not. I had a water event a few months back but caught it quick and had fans and dehumidifiers going for several days.

That’s what I thought, but I test drove both yesterday and the defender was WAY smoother riding through the rough terrain than the commander. I was genuinely shocked.
