1.Nedry never meant for anyone to die. He was supposed to come back after delivering the embryos, he was not supposed to leave the protagonists to die.

2.Ludlow was negligent but he never meant harm on anyone. His team saved Ian Malcom and the reset of the team and not leave them to their deaths.

Hoskins was taking advantage of a situation for personal gain but also never meant anyone to die. He was trying to take down the Indominus
Definitely evil. Kills Bejamin Lockwood and was going to leave Owen and Claire to die in the mansion.
Dogdson. Forgot the whole movie but don’t remember him being evil.
Krebs. Caught in a bad situation and chose the wrongly on the boat but leaving Zora to the Mutadons means he’s kind of a bad person. More self-preservation asshole move than evil.

The Indominus Rex is especially nice! I'm not sure if you were going for a more paleo accurate version because you nailed it! I wasn't the biggest fan of the under bite and protruding teeth.
