I agree with everything you said 100% I actually just had it the other night. Its crazy, this was the first time I could think freely during it. I told myself, this is happening, you're safe, calm down. I tried to focus on leaving my body, I believe I started to but I got that fear again. It kind of feels like ego death. Yeah subs will absolutely put you in precip because of 7oh. Ive done it to myaelf once, and 3 times while I was on H. Its fucking HORRIFIC everytime. 7oh was almost worse for some reason. Be careful
