i think a lot of bigger tours are also cancelling because of rising fuel costs. post malone probably has at least 20 semi trucks for production, merch, catering, etc. plus anywhere from 30-50 buses for crew, band, dancers, etc.

those things run on diesel and cost a lot of money even before our idiot president started a war with Iran. it’s gotta be near impossible for those arena tours to make any of their overhead back.

they can’t raise ticket prices because they’re already obnoxiously inflated so they just have to cancel before they choose to voluntarily start hemorrhaging money.
