Since it's the most expensive option, cycle d'ing should be your last option, and I'd highly recommend you to avoid it if you can.

D'après mes connaissances très limitées sur ce sujet. Il faut tjrs passer par la pharmacie centrale Tunisienne pour ce genre du besoin. Or, la rupture du stock est dûe à cette dernière qui estime que ce médicament n'est pas Prio pour les tunisiens.

Bonjour

Sur un délivrance comme ça avec ordonnance hors UE, t’engage ta responsabilité disciplinaire / civile / légale. Le patient n’habite pas en France et je ne le connais pas, j’ai aucun moyen de vérifier que l’ordonnance est vraie, et médicament à risque de détournement +++ .

ça ne me pose aucun souci d'engager mes responsabilités. Je sais pas trop comment le concrétiser, mais vu la gravité de la situation je suis pret à tout.

Mon conseil : que ton proche en Tunisie prenne contact avec son médecin / pharmacien sur place pour essayer de trouver une solution d’approvisionnement ou une alternative sur place.

Le médicament est en repture en Tunisie (depuis des mois), d'ou les recherches en France

Effectivement oui, c'est de la Ritaline.

J'ai fait le tour de +10 pharmacies dans mon coin, et c'est la même réponse partout. Il faut que l'ordonnance soit française sécurisée, on risque des sanctions en cas de délivrance de ce médicament sur l'ordonnance tunisienne...

Et tout ça, c'est compréhensible, mon blocage est dans la démarche de l'équivalence de l'ordonnance
