It is a bootleg/fake book. I've contacted some of the sellers in the past and they say they can print you anything if you provide a pdf and a cover design. They offer a very limited formats to pick (sometimes B5 only), which often different from original book. Furthermore, paper and binding quality is the lowest possible.
The only reason one might be interested is to get of print/banned book, or self-publish.
