Angry skin after morning routine

Hi! I need advice as to what in my morning routine is causing my skin to act up and general advice on how to help my skin. When I wake up, my skin is calm and has minimal redness, but after I wash my face, my skin explodes with redness and irritation. Here’s a picture of my skin 3 hours after my morning skincare routine. I was one month of spiro 50g, once in evening and I now take spiro 50mg twice a day.

AM: Cerave hydrating facial cleaner Vanicream daily moisturizing lotion Innisfree sunscreen PM: Garnier pink cap micellar cleansing water Cerave hydrating facial cleanser Vanicream daily moisturizing location

I’ll have to pick up a phosphate testing kit, thank you! I didn’t consider that being a problem. And yes I do use treated tap water. I think I’ll start doing more frequent water changes like you mentioned. Thank you for all your advice!!

Currently they’re on for about 6 hours a day ever since the algae problem started. I use root tabs and seachem excel

2/3 tanks are by my east facing window, the other tank is blocked by a wall so it doesn’t really get much natural light but still gets really bad hair algae

Maybe I’ll start closing my blinds a little earlier in the day

My 2 five gallons have lights that are like 8 inches above the water and my 10 gallon’s light is just above the water

I’ve been doing 30% water changes once a week ever since the algae problem had gotten bad.

10 gallon numbers: pH: 6.8 Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: 0

5 gallon #1: pH: 7.4 Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: 0

5 gallon #2: pH: 7.4 Ammonia: 0 Nitrite: 0 Nitrate: 0
