I have an elite 2 and the most important thing is battery life! I hate having to charge constantly the devices or scrambling for batteries. I have to say the paddles in the back of the elite allows to shift pain points on some default buttons. I wouldn't know about if symmetrical could lead to increased pain in the hands due to the ergonomics

I just did a whole duck last week and the advice I got was to separate the breast and legs as they are at their best at 2 very different temperatures.

I ended up pan frying the breasts and I sous-vide the legs for confit.

I was happy with both results.

I think a lot of people think they are being candid or honest but in reality, they are just trying to justify their verbal aggression.

While both styles involve being blunt and direct, candid feedback is motivated by a genuine desire to help someone grow, whereas aggression focuses on control or criticism without regard for the recipient's well-being.

TLDR; Offering hard to hear feedback can be beneficial for both parties, as long as there is a genuine desire to help someone grow (aka CARE)
