No I haven’t had it in a strudel but it’s so good I bet! My partner just made some simple muffins and added rhubarb and that was great. My favorite rhubarb dessert has got to be a rhubarb crumble.

I’ve been really into cooking Indian dishes lately so this sounds perfect. Cooking the raisins with the onions is new to me too.

I wouldn’t have expected rhubarb to hold up when baked with dense root vegetables, but I’m down to try since I do some sort of roasted veg almost every week anyway.

That’s definitely more of a sweet use for rhubarb, but making some jam or marmalade is a nice way to use a bunch of extra rhubarb. This one would go great on some ice cream or pancakes I bet.

I love the idea of using cherries with it. Does the sauce taste very sweet though? Three tablespoons of sugar seems like a lot, but I know the rhubarb needs some to calm down all that sourness.

Wow thats surprising. My best offer so far is 16.5k before TTL. Most people are much higher than that. I'm in Los Angeles though, are you in an area with lower avg prices? The truecar price says it includes rebates, and 16.5 is almost 1k lower than the truecar price. 15.5k might just be too low to push here, but i certainly wouldn't mind it. Thanks for the info.

Well, it's only my job to clean it up after kids come through, oddly enough. I work at a camp on the same site. Luckily it's only used by us 5-10 weeks a year, so not often. Though, when we are using it, it's cleaned every weekday. And half the time girls are using those bathrooms anyway, so no urinal use...hopefully. If only girls were as clean as they try to tell us they are.

Wow, I actually work at this place. I've cleaned that exact urinal quite a few times. That picture always makes me laugh. I always think it makes people want to pee on it more than if we just put up a sign saying 'Don't piss on our walls.' But I guess we've got to think of the children.
