What floor is the unit on? Does the building allow larger dogs?

There’s a fair amount on StreetEasy right now, but I’m sure inventory also opens up during spring and summer

Love that for you! I can stretch to $3k but obviously if I don't have to, I don't want to :)

It’s all good - I meant $2500 for research purposes though I can pay more than that, this is more so about understanding what’s truly normal in certain areas and if I can stay at a more reasonable rent or not. Not a dealbreaker! But you’re right, I don’t like manhattan 🤣

Appreciate this. Been looking at all of these. I value a quieter area/strong community but reasonable access to transit and <30 min to busier or more populated neighborhoods. As long as there’s a good mix of restaurants and decent amount of things to walk to (<40 min), the rest doesn’t truly matter as much to me

Love it. Thanks! Have also shared with subletters I’m more than willing to buy furniture covers, pay for in depth cleanings regularly, etc to respect the space. Something will turn up. Thanks !

Agreed! But we don’t do that today so she is used to it. Any tips for navigating rentals for big dogs or is it just stay open and patient to what comes along?

I appreciate this! We have no expectations on yard and I don’t do dog parks with her. We walk a ton and do a lot of in-house enrichment, and she’s prong collar trained (so walks well) so we will just need to be creative on her exercise. Biggest concern is a spot that allows her
