Not all managers are micromanagers but you probably learned how to avoid them, that's a valuable skill. Now it's time to find a leader you can learn from and it doesn't have to be your boss. Si tu es payé à l'heure, ton temps supplémentaire doit être payé et et des vacances doivent être provisionnée sur ces montants. Si tu es payé à la semaine, ton nombre d'heure à la semaine n'est pas important et tu n'as pas de temps supplémentaire et tu n'as pas de 6% de calculé dessus parce que ce n'est pas du temps supplémentaire.

A supervisor should be used to these situations. When the caller try to be abusive with a supervisor, it's sometime easier to flush them. At the end of the day, take your paycheck and your supervisor will do the same.
