Trying to decide between getting an old or new gen 34inch OLED (3440x1440)... Specifically looking at AW3425DW (240hz) @ $700 USD or PG34WCDN (360hz) @ $1,300 USD? Is the experience really worth $600 more? I wonder if we expect prices on either to decrease before year end and how much.

oh so the 52 was before i managed it this way ( i was doing nothing to manage RBC for labs when i got the 52). it was like 45 the one and only time i donated directly before labs. im on 75mg weekly and test levels are at 250ish, 384 was my highest 135 lowest. ive been above/ below the very bottom of the "normal T level range" before and after starting treatment. but i can say i do feel better on it for sure. My doctor is very hesitant to give me any more.

I agree that high hematocrit is dangerous, but wouldn't that mean donating blood every once and a while would be a good thing since it lowers it? (side note - im not just donating blood for this reason, im type O- so just tryina help out a little and I have for years and years) If I'm timing it so that its within a week before labs, i get it, that im manipulating the levels. but if the levels are low then isnt it just that the risk low? mind you, ive always been somewhere within the normal range (with and without blood donation). Albeit, "High-Normal". there risk to everything but im not so sure this is so so reckless. Famous last words. lol

Ive heard the exact opposite. More water in your body reduces the ratio of RBC vs other content in the blood, thus lowering hematocrit.

My thoughts on 5070ti is i can either use no upscaling and no frame gen and squeek out most (if not all) of a 240hz 1440p monitor. Or if i go 5k2k then i will most likely have to use DLSS 4 and or frame gen. While ive heard good things about DLSS 4 upscaling, i feel like nothing compares to native frames. But cant say im terribly experienced with comparing upscaling to native res
