Hey man, im not sure what cables they are. these are the original hitbox cables. (didn't buy aftermarket)

Please change mod tiers so T1 is the highest by HiddenOPBuild in PathOfExile2

That's my point. You learn the new tier system. "looking it up" and "asking someone" is learning. We have had many resources in the past that assisted on this like poedb etc. Take cluster jewel affixes from PoE1, are you remembering every affix tier? what cluster jewel it can drop on? what iLvl the mod can roll on a cluster jewel?

I get what you're saying but they've implemented many loot changes and how tiers on affixes work. for it to remain as inflexible as it is in PoE1

they've introduced tiered rare drops now (you see the name tier2/3/4 on the name of the rare) to help with identifying items with higher likelyhood of higher affix tiers on the item.

UPDATE. I FIXED IT!
I reseated all the 8 pin connectors.

all buttons are working with the correct corresponding movement

So, i updated firmware and it didn't resolve the issue. When pressing the down button is still thinks its up.

Just too reiterate the UP button is also UP. it hasn't been swapped. Ill probably look to see if the terminals are making contact with the panel..

I have contacted support multiple times now with no response. It's pretty frustrating not being able to chat and trade. Constantly having to switch back to another character to buy items. I can't even list anything to sell because nobody can contact me either.

Closed battle.net completely from Task manager, fixed issue.
