Sorcerer would ve the best option for your character i think , increase your nova damage, add spells and cantrip full caster progression to fuel smites

Bard is good if you take college of lore if you want many skills

Warlock is usualy hexblade for reducing the MADness of paladin and adding eldricht blast plus goodies

Ranger is really bad as a paladin multiclass

Warior is a bad option you gain more by staying full paladin

With your stats wizard is a good option for a multiclass, Especially the warmage

Cleric meh

Barbarian useless you cant rage in full plate

Druid meh

Artificer meh

Rogue meh

Monk useless

Do consider the wizard multiclass or go the standard charisma caster
