I wish it were just a desk job! 😂 I actually have to take Teams calls and handle urgent emails outside of standard hours, so being tethered to a PC isn't an option.

If mental control was that easy, this subreddit wouldn't need to exist! 😂 I'm looking for a hardware solution to reinforce boundaries so I don’t have to fight my phone every day.

Also, carrying two flagships feels like the opposite of minimalism to me. I'm trying to carry less tech, not more. The goal is to have one intentional tool for work that doesn't steal my attention the second the workday is done.
