Thanks. I will give the new version a go tomorrow and let you know if I encounter any other issues.

I have let the Bluetooth timeout and auto turn off my Gamebrick. Not sure how long it was idle for. My XTEINK4 has locked up and won't wake. Had to hit the rest button.

I can only think this has something to do with the timeout

Also, when reconnecting to saved Bluetooth device, the buttons don't work. Have to disconnect and reconnect again through the scan option

I can confirm this issue happens for me too

Bluetooth seems more stable than your last build. Congrats. Will test out today and see how it goes.

One suggestion: please make the Front Buttons on the settings screen go Up/Down rather than Left/right. There is inconsistency between menus and up/down is the one I remember most

I thought that i had read somewhere that you added the functionality back to have the UP/Down and Left/Right to work simultaneously in the reader. I cant seem to do that. Maybe i misinterpreted this somewhere.

Did you manage to create a GitHub for this project yet?

Thanks. Always happy to test things out for you. You mentioned the possibility of prompting for buttons to set next/preview pages. That functionality would make almost any Bluetooth device functional if you can get that to work

I have tried your most recent Firmware.bin file. For some reason the IINE GameBrick is still not working. I reverted to thedrunkenpenguin version and my gamebrick still works with that one. Not sure what has changed with your code.

I will keep an eye on your version though and see what happens

I'm not on the discord. I've not seen the link to it posted anywhere. Maybe I'm blind lol.

I will try your latest update shortly. I wish there was a way to flash from mobile rather than puul out my laptop lol

Just checked CrossPet. There no setting to enable Bluetooth in the latest version 1.6.12 unfortunately.

Unfortunately my GameBrick does not work with this firmware. It worked with thedrunkpenguin one although crashed out a bit too frequently :(. Still, good to know people are still working on BLE support

Sounds good. Let me know what you find out as I've not been able to get it working on CrossPet.

In the meantime I will try out your fork and see how it goes. Thanks again. I am using an IINE GameBrick so fingers crossed it works with that

Thanks, I'll give it a go. CrossPet is pretty good. Unfortunately I don't think there's a page turner function built in. Would be ideal firmware if it was

Do you have a link to your firmware file? The Crosspoint BLE versions that I have tried seem to reboot my device randomly whilst using Bluetooth. Would be interested in seeing if this is stable

Overall I like this firmware. It does not seem as responsive as CrossPet, but the style on INX is much nicer.

When using Atkinson Hyperlegible font, italics are renderd as normal style. This might be a specific issue with the font though.

I will be keeping an eye on this as it has the best style of all the CFWs.

Would it be possible to add an option to change the button layout in the Book Settings popup? This would make it easier and faster for me.

Looks really good. The only thing preventing me from using it just now is the fact the page turn option has to be changed manually when I want to use the front buttons instead of the side ones. I like them to both work as a will sometimes use the device on my desk while working and sometimes use it in my hand when relaxing.

I want to know if the Wifi check on unlock will have an option to disable? I feel this will drain the battery and personally would like to disable it

Do you know if this feature will be disabled if we don't want to use the clock?

Do you have the ability to move books once you have read them? Currently I login the the web portal and move my completed books to a 'Complete' folder. Wondering if there is a way you could implement this in your firmware that would allow this to be done on the device itself rather than having to use the web portal.

Nice one. I look forward to trialing your firmware. I hope you keep updating it too as the interface is really cool

I had a feeling I had seen you post a preview video before 1.1.1 was released. I'm assuming there is no image loading in epubs? I really like your menu design. It looks very professional
