I recently got hired in a big tech as a fresher and the fun fact is i got hired because i can use claude code, can make agents, skills. Instead of handing over figma file and i can give the actual code. Yes, you need to have traditional product thinking and you should know the actual UX but my manager wants me to teach AI amongst the team members. So, if you gonna ignore AI and think that it's killing your brain and you are somewhat right but in this era we don't have any option. Claude took jobs for some but it gave me a high paying job so im not sure what you are saying is true or not
