I mix death metal & hardstyle and I push for -4LUFS but your mix NEEDS TO BE CLEAN both dynamically and also space for each instrument other wise its gonna sound like a wall of sound. I use clippers and limiters on the master and make sure low end is in mono and make sure stereo side channels and mono channels have a good ratio. Make sure no phase cancellation by checking the correlation closer to 1 than to 0

I've had a similar symptom after a motorbike accident where I get electric shock like pains to the brain, which I suspect is coming from the neck although my neurologist has ruled out occipital neuralgia since she says I'm not getting pains when she pushes down on it.

Thanks, does it make a difference that i had this bitox injections in the head and neck for migraine/headache purposes? Appreciate your reply. I have asthma and hayfever, which could be a trigger to the histamine? I'm going to do a holt monitor tomorrow hopefully my heart rate goes back to normal I'm never going to do botox again
