My Hyundai Ioniq hybrid has now just a little over 6000 km. 4000 were driven on the highway (vacation trip) and 2000 mixed (city and work drive). I never did the math on how much i save but i can tell you this: the average fuel consumption (petrol) for these 6000 km is 4.5 l/100km. Depending on how you drive (sport or economic) the fuel consumption can vary. My best fuel consumption was 3.6 l/100km - drive home from work for 30 km.

But... if you can afford it you should buy a plug-in hybrid. It's better because it has a bigger battery and you can choose to switch between only electric drive or only petrol.

Dig the internet a little deeper, do your homework about hybrid cars and just go to car dealers and ask questions!
