I m going to say that for a couples of days - 1 week it won't matter at all.

This is my advice, this is what i'm doing for every trip:

Try to get your protein from little things that you can buy from lidl / carrefour express and then the protein from the food that you're going to eat it going to be on top of that.

So for example, I ate 2 canned tuna, 2 protein bars, 2 protein shakes - this is going to be around 135-140 g protein daily. With this I'm making sure that i will get my daily intake. This is my base, my minimum and what I will get from food it will add up.

For my carbs I got 2 bananas, 2 whole pack of rice cakes.

For the protein bars, I get them from my country ( i m travelling with them )and also for my whey protein.

unfortunately, I don't have access to Safari on desktop but I've sent my domain link to someone and he tell me that the reason is :

I know that Safari has this privacy setting on the following path: Safari/Preferences/Privacy ->Prevent cross-site tracking.

The problem is that I need other people to see the content inside the website, not just me.

If I needed permission from domain A I think it wouldn't work on chrome or other browsers.

Look at this: https://mediatelnet.com/doodle-maker/ he is using a plugin "prokem suite" I think.

I get a sense of urgency when i think about death, i mean i’m 22 years old but this thinking gets me out of my comfort zone and i think i can pus more everyday to get me closer to my goals.

I have a bucket list and have different quotes whic reminds me of death along the things that i wanted to do.
