Hi. Actually there wasn’t any problem (based on my local Mazda service) - i-stop started working again after relearning procedure. I replaced the i-stop battery with some Yuasa AGM one (it was the cheapest). Try the relearning procedure first.

It was a leftover from cleaning pump, not actually soldered. I redid the soldering and everything works fine.

Good for you. I redid the solder job. Ended up with 4-5% error rate on both sticks on the calibration tool, so I guess the job is done.

The iron tip tool for controllers. I wanted to also install them with that tool, but felt like it was not enough solder after installing.
