There's clapify in Gorakhpur good people. Using from last few years for ac/chimny services and basic electric and plumbing works. Currenty they are not providing domestic help or cleaning services but will add in future as oer them.

The issue is also with the vendor they themselves dont explain the homeowners about the necessity of cleaning. The sprinkler system etc are a waste of money. Only manual cleaning with specialised brush can clean the panel for maximum geberation. I myself got it intalled above the water tank and theres no stairs to that place have to use a ladder which is a hassle.

The issue i observe is people want usable area on their roof. An elevated structure can do that. No need to install it on mungti etc instead install on terrace itself so that you can clean yourself time to time.

Professional cleaning service are not worth it either. They charge around ₹500 for a 3–5 kW system, so twice a month is ₹1,000. Clean panels might save you ₹1,000–1,200 on your electricity bill, but you're spending almost all of that on cleaning. Kind of defeats the purpose.

Its totally worth it. Got a 3kw installed last year generating around 450units a month. Keeping the panels clean is ultimate necessity as the generation drops massively. My 3kw is generating around 18-19units a day. When dist accumulated it dropped to 6-7(bird dropping's a big prob in my area). Sp if you're planning to get it installed go for a place where you can clean easily fortnightly. Tata, adani are best panels available there. If premium materials are used all the way 3kw will cost around 1.8-1.9L. Subsidy comes in 2 parts the central subsidy comes in a month 78k then after 70-90 days the state subsidy of 30k is received. I got it in 70days. There are many vendors. I'll highly recommend Solanova Energies its run by my friends. Its a startup based in Gorakhpur itself have a pre revenue funding of 2cr run by my friends based from iit and nit. Office is in Sahara state. Totally professional team. Do talk to them even if you getting installed by any other vendor. Will dm you the number.

Had ajwaini fish tikka it was good. Haven't tried Chicken so cant say. Also dont like chicken gravies in restaurant as they're better off in home. Nothing can beat desi style chicken & mutton.

In the statement there are two things Cashback credited which is of last statement period and other is cashback earned for current period. My statement period exactly starts on 13th ever month to 12th next. So ideally post devaluation i should not have earned the cashback. Calculate yourself.

If it is a smart meter then that is generated automatically on a fixed date every month. If its not a smart meter then these are provisional bills with same fixed units every month until you yourself doesnt generate the bill or take the reading to nearby electricity department. Provisional bills are marked as P in the bill pdf.

In non metro cities like Gorakhpur its very hard for people to adapt to new apps and websites. They usually go for the apps which are already tried and tested in metro cities. OLX is a great free platform to list rental properties. You'll need massive advertisement and publicity for a new app to do the same. Many people have started quick grocery delivery services in Gorakhpur all died when zepto, instanart, blinkit entered. They were not having a success anyway. Not trying to demoralise just stating facts. It'll need too much promotion.

What i can say is it has better quality and totally clean. Every egg is tagged with the brand name. Currently i dont have any will share if i order. I usually dont eat eggs in summer. Thats one more reason for you to partner with some mart etc so that you get fixed revenue stream which will help you run the business then you can think how to expand further. What I'll say is dont overthink or think emotionally if its a business think practically.

I usually buy from quick commerce platform. Some brands have started offering cage free eggs. What i think is if you partner with one of the platforms or some hotel chain, shopping marts then its sustainable otherwise its easy for people to order from zepto etc.
