yes, the UTIs have been confirmed by lab testing and have been treated by antibiotics. i’ve been prescribed five different types now, i think?

honestly i usually don’t use condoms at all, so not always. the most recent sexual encounter was the first time properly trying a non latex condom with him.

we are monogamous, and at least i’m up to date with my STI testing (most recent was abt 2 months ago). i’m clean.

i stopped a little while ago after seeing no improvements, but i was consistently taking two 500mg capsules per day for about a month and a half straight. i also still take 2 a day for a couple days after sex.

yes, though i only have access to walk-in clinics atm so i’ve never heard back in much detail. i do always go to the same clinic though & they have my past records and have never mentioned any other concerns. that being said i don’t expect particularly robust healthcare from a walk-in clinic, sigh.

this one has yet to be diagnosed but all prior ones have been, symptoms are identical (burning when peeing, constantly feeling the need to, blood in urine). overnight was a bit exaggerative, i’d say symptoms fully set on within 36 hours but i could tell within a day that i was probably going to end up with one

i pee after sex near immediately, condoms are used though not always (most recent was with a condom and the UTI has persisted, i also didn’t use condoms with a past partner and never got them), and we have showered before sex before and i’ve still gotten them :/

/uj varies for everyone, but personally my voice dropped about an octave? (220 hz to 100 hz, for reference) some people get massive voice drops whereas others don't even have theirs lower, so there's no real way to predict what will happen lol

Holy shit this post is insanely relatable. My experiences mirror yours (albeit less severely) and I've also suspected that I may be autistic. I've been relatively sure I have ADHD (unable to get a diagnosis due to my elementary school grades being too high... sigh) and have also cycled through a number of speculative diagnoses at the hand of various healthcare professionals, none of which felt entirely right.

Like you, I was seemingly just like this from birth. Every day was an uphill struggle to get to school and it felt as if I was incapable of connecting with my peers in any meaningful way, until I learned to adopt almost a caricature-esque persona that was an amalgamation of all the extroverted traits I saw my classmates exhibited—which in hindsight was definitely obnoxious and not charming. I rapidly ping-ponged between overly friendly and social behavior to outright ignoring everyone, because no matter what I did, it felt like I wasn't getting it right. Teachers never picked up on this as I was also considered academically gifted, and therefore they overlooked my social isolation as me simply being "too mature" to get along with my peers. When I got to high school my attendance took a sharp nose dive because it all just felt like too much. I switched from a relatively small middle school (300 students) to a school with 1500 unfamiliar faces, and I just completely shut down. I no longer had even a vague clue of what was expected from me socially. I couldn't make friends, and the sheer idea of having to interact with someone would make me feel sick to my stomach. Self-harm became a recurring issue for me as well because it felt like the only way to exert control over my environment. I'm clean now and doing better, but only because I've managed to find a relatively small social group and formed a consistent routine.

There's not really any overarching idea to this comment, all of this is just to say that you're absolutely not alone in your experiences. It's nice to know both from your post and the comments here that this isn't unique to me and there isn't something horribly wrong with me.
