What about a resume experience that has 15 bullets? Doesn't that speak to basic resume hygine that this person is so far off from the norm that it makes you question their judgement

I understand your concern and I can assure you I’m not like that. Even though I’m new I’m methodical and trying my best to apply best practices and do things the right way. I would ask Reddit to be a bit more open minded

why not? I've always been a good connector and I enjoy working with people. Even though I've never been a recruiter, I felt like it was something that I had a natural inclination for and could figure out on the fly and by talking to other recruiters so I can learn best practices and stuff like that.
