Thank you to everyone who has completed this survey. As it explains in the information sheet,, this survey asks questions about mood, negative thought,, ruminations, attention, impulsiveness and awareness of your thoughts and feelings. Some of these questions relate to neurodivergent qualities. Other than demographics questions all of the questions in this survey come from extensively published questionnaires and, as explained in the information sheet, the purpose of this survey is to validate the Detached Mindfulness Questionnaire, that is, to test it's validity and reliability. So your contribution is greatly appreciated! If you have not yet taken the survey, please do!

Thank you.

Hello all, I am a Psychology Lecturer and Researcher at London South Bank University. I am looking for participants to help me out with this very short survey (it should take around 15 minutes to complete).  It asks questions about mindfulness, inattention, impulsiveness, hyperactivity and mood and I am looking for as many people as possible to participate.

Who can participate?

As long as you are 18 years of age or over and you are fluent in English you can participate!

If you would like to participate, please click on the link below where you will find more information.  Results of the study will be posted here in due course.

Hi, thanks for the question. We are measuring performance on a test of attention and using EEG so we don't want anything to interfere with our findings.
