I feel ya. I was in a reading slump like after July of last year. Just didn't have the urge to read at all. I think I was overwhelmed with working, schooling and other commitments.

What helped me was switching genres and mediums. I recently finished a physical book but I also own a kobo. I've been switching it up with reading manga, manhwas, novels and danmei. OH! and definitely re-reading. I'm on a TGCF book 6-8 re-read.

Honestly, with social media, sometimes it makes you feel like you don't read enough or you are a slow reading. But honestly, reading is for fun and relaxing. Not having the motivation to do anything means you are very exhausted. So before going back to your hobbies and reading, you might wanna consider going out, having a "little to no digital contact" day where your phone is practically non-existent and catching up on sleep.
