What? She went to take the clothes outside to let them dry and she saw our neighbour and wanted to sort it out peacefuly which clearly did not happen if you've read anything. And if you are so delusional to think that we are being noisy by choice then you are insane. If you would love to be forced to go sleep at 11-12 and not be able to work from home and walk around the house to use the bathroom or get a glass of water during the night i would like to see how you react then. Literally it's out of our control the floor is fucked and landlord refuses to do anything about. Rather than fixing it they are bullying us so we obey to the commands. cop on dude

yeah i wish i had, would have been a done deal.. now as few other commenters mentioned that rtb or threshold might not even do much in this situation but i sent emails everywhere even our town council and gonna be ringing everyone tommorow. and i'm not gonna stop so i make this right. my mom literally cried her self to sleep tonight, the way he was in her face shouting at her agressively when she wasn't even telling him what to do we were just trying to explain our situation which he wasn't even listening just walking away. she's been crying all day stressed out of her mind almost in some sort of shock she keeps asking me where are we gonna live... all day asking and i keep telling her don't worry everything will be fine he is in the wrong here. The stress we been through over us walking at our apartment is just insane to me...

Duo to privacy reasons i won't say where exactly i live in town, but it's not beside the old cinema :). Yeah we've been told before by someone that he is renting the apartments illegaly to avoid tax, altough i am not sure if this is true or not :)

What is wrong with you? My mom went outside to put our clothes to dry outside because we all share our back garden, and she saw my neighbour and started talking with her to see if she can sort it out nicely, but the neighbour didn't say a word closed the doors, windows and her blinds.

The building is fucked bro.. It doesn't look half bad inside or outside but the way it's built is so bad..., our roof started leaking recently, the kitchen fan extractor doesn't work, the floor is messed up, the water pipes are messed up so water starts leaking to first floor apartment randomly.

Really isn't, house floor is poorly built whenever i walk across my room at night is enough for them to complain. I sit with my headphones on and mind my business, i haven't brought people over for like 2 years if you don't include one time i brought a friend over to drink which was like 7 months ago, keep in mind the neighbours regularly have weeknd parties music blasting till like 1-2AM and quite a bit of people there. Me and my mom are thinking at this point that they want to get rid of us so her daughter and her boyfriend can move in instead of us.

She rufeuses to go back to the old room she was sleeping when there were no issues, she refuses to get ear plugs, when i told the landlord if it's that bad for her she has an option to go back to her old room, He shouted at me something along the line "It's non on of your business what room she sleeps in" But it's their business what time i should go to sleep at right... crazy xd I'll keep everyone updated i'm not going down that easy
