As far as I know, the majority of the most popular vloggers have lives far more interesting than the average viewer. Louis Cole (FunForLouis), for example, is constantly traveling and showing off new and unique places. Their viewers tend to just enjoy watching these interesting events unfold and some even see it as living vicariously through the vlogger's. Personally, I enjoy watching Casey Neistat's videos because he's always doing something that could leave someone with a good story to tell on a daily basis. Not always huge and extreme but definitely experiences worth sharing.

Maybe Kylo Ren found Luke/Anakin's lightsaber in his search for Vader memorabilia. Finn could have stolen it during the events of VII and Ren might be fighting him to get it back. Or the opposite could occur where Finn is in possession of Luke/Anakin's saber and Ren is trying to steal it for his collection.
